Lucas Reynolds
boys Program Director - 18u boys Coach - 14u boys Coach
Lucas Reynolds is the 18u Boys Head Coach. Lucas is also the Head Coach of the Corona del Mar Boy's Varsity Water Polo Team. He is a CdM High School alumni, received All-American honors, and was the co-captain of the Sea Kings. Lucas went on to attend University of California Los Angeles to study and play division one water polo. After graduating university, Lucas trained and competed with the USA Senior National Team before playing three season professionally overseas.

Neil Levecke
boys age group director - 12u boys coach
Neil LeVecke is the 12u Boys Head Coach and Age Group Director. Neil brings a lot of experience and knowledge to CDM Polo. He has a passion for the game of water polo and teaching it to young players. He played college water polo at Loyola Marymount University. In high school, he helped Mater Dei to a 2012 Division I CIF Championship. Neil also helped the team to the 2013 18U Junior Olympic title.
John Hartshorne
10u Coed Coach - Age Group assistant
John Hartshorne is the 10U Coed Coach and an assistant age group coach. John brings over 10 years of water polo experience as he grew up playing for his local club SoCal where they were extremely competitive. He attended Northwood High School where he was a 4 year Varsity Player. He then went on to play water polo at Cuesta College and graduated from UCSB in 2018.
