Lucas Reynolds

BOYS PROGRAM DIRECTOR -
18U BOYS COACH

Lucas Reynolds is the President of the Club and the 18U Boys Head Coach. Lucas is also the Head Coach of the Corona del Mar Boy's Varsity Water Polo Team. He is a CdM High School alumni where he received All-American honors and was co-captain of the Sea Kings. Lucas went on to attend University of California Los Angeles and play division one water polo. After graduating from UCLA, Lucas trained and competed with the USA Senior National Team and played three seasons professionally overseas.

Brian Schiefer

16U Boys Coach - 18U Boys Coach

Brian Schiefer is a member of the 16U & 18U Boys Coaching Staff. Brian is an alumni of CdM High School where he earned Division 1 First-Team All-CIF as a Senior. Brian went on to play water polo at Long Beach State where he played for Coach Gavin Arroyo. Brian lead the 49er's to a 3rd place MPSF finish as a senior year captain. Brian is excited to be coaching with former CDM Polo teammate Lucas Reynolds. He also brings tremendous experience as a coach having previously coached at Newport, Patriot Aquatics and Long Beach Shore.

Josh Samuels

18U Boys Player Development Coach

Josh Samuels is an 18U Boys Player Development Coach. Josh is incredibly knowledgeable in the sport of water polo and has competed at the the highest levels, most notably competing in the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. Josh attended and graduated from UCLA where he played with Coach Lucas Reynolds. While at UCLA Josh scored more than 100 goals and was a 2x Cutino Award Finalist. After his career at UCLA Josh went on to compete in the Italian First League for Lazio.

Hayden Roletter

16U Boys Coach

Hayden Roletter is the 16U Boys Coach. Hayden is a CdM High School Class of 2018 Alumni where he competed and played for Coaches Kareem Captan and Lucas Reynolds. Coach Roletter brings all the values of CDM Polo with a great enthusiasm for the sport of water polo. He takes great pride in coaching. You can find him surfing in his free time.

Wes Hertel

14U Boys Head Coach

Wes Hertel is the 14U Boys Head Coach. Coach Wes played college water polo at both Cal Baptist University and Chapman University, where he set the single-season record with 314 saves as a goalie. He graduated from Chapman where he earned a degree in Finance. Coach Wes brings great energy for coaching water polo, he continues to play Masters Water Polo regularly for his club team Riptide.

Conrad Macedo

14U Boys Coach

Conrad Macedo is a 14U Boys Coach. Coach Macedo is a CdM High School alumni where he played for former Head Coach John Vargas. He went on to play college water polo at Pepperdine University.

Neil Levecke

boys age group director - 12u boys head coach

Neil LeVecke is the 12U Boys Head Coach and Age Group Director. Neil brings a lot of experience and knowledge to CDM Polo. He has a passion for the game of water polo and teaching it to young players. He played college water polo at Loyola Marymount University. In high school, he helped Mater Dei to a 2012 Division I CIF Championship and was a part of a CIF record 105 game win streak. Neil also helped the team to the 2013 18U Junior Olympic title.

Alexandra Mould

10U Boys Head Coach

Alex Mould is the 10U Boys head coach. Coach Alex currently attends UC Irvine where she played for the Women's Water Polo team under Coach Dan Klatt. As a defensive player, Coach Alex led her 18U team to a Junior Olympic Bronze Medal.
