Emphasis of each session will be on JG swim preparation. First 45 min - 50 min of each class will be swim preparation. The last 10-15 min will introduce eggbeater, water polo and fun aspects of the sport!

NB JG Test Requirements

Participant must swim 100 yards (4 lengths of a 25 yard pool) in the times listed below. Any stroke is allowed. Participants start in the pool (no diving in).

NEW THIS YEAR! Tread water unassisted for 3 min. This test takes place immediately after the swim.

Participant may try a maximum of 5 times over the course of all tryout days.
